Gift Certificates are a convenient way to give someone the freedom to choose their favorite products from KIVO MALL.
Please review the information below before purchasing or using a Gift Certificate.
How Gift Certificates Work
Gift Certificates may be available for purchase in selected values and can be used toward eligible purchases on KIVO MALL.
After purchase, the Gift Certificate may be delivered electronically or by another available method, depending on the option offered at checkout.
Where applicable, the recipient will receive a unique code that can be entered during checkout.
How to Redeem a Gift Certificate
To redeem a Gift Certificate:
- Add eligible products to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter the Gift Certificate code in the appropriate field.
- Apply the code before completing payment.
The available Gift Certificate balance will be applied to the eligible order total.
If the order total exceeds the Gift Certificate balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another available payment method.
Remaining Balance
If the full Gift Certificate value is not used in a single transaction, any remaining balance may remain available for future eligible purchases, subject to the applicable Gift Certificate terms.
Customers are responsible for keeping their Gift Certificate code secure.
Expiration
Gift Certificate expiration terms, if any, may vary depending on applicable law and the specific Gift Certificate issued.
Where required, expiration information will be displayed at the time of purchase or provided with the Gift Certificate.
Restrictions
Gift Certificates:
- May only be used for eligible purchases on KIVO MALL
- Cannot normally be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law
- Cannot be used to purchase another Gift Certificate unless specifically permitted
- May not be combined with certain promotions or discounts where restrictions apply
- Must not be copied, resold, or used fraudulently
- May be subject to product, location, or account restrictions
Lost or Stolen Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates should be treated like cash.
KIVO MALL may not be responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorized Gift Certificate codes unless otherwise required by law.
If you believe your Gift Certificate has been used without authorization, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
Refunds and Returns
If a purchase made with a Gift Certificate is returned and approved for refund, the applicable refund may be issued back to the original Gift Certificate balance or in another form determined by KIVO MALL.
Gift Certificates themselves are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Promotional Gift Certificates
From time to time, KIVO MALL may issue promotional Gift Certificates, credits, or discount codes.
Promotional certificates may be subject to additional conditions, including:
- Expiration dates

Fraud Prevention
